The CD-306 SACD Transport / Processor will be able to play SACD, HDCD, and all the normal CD . Its back panel has a comprehensive choice of digital inputs for external sources. AES/EBU, Toslink, or composite (RCA) connections are all provided.

     The CD-306 SACD utilizes Burr Brown 1792 DACs, which able to compute 44.1, 96 or the absolute 192 kHz/24 bit processing for ultimate sound. It also able to perform 44.1, 96, 192, 384, 512 or even the 768 kHz sampling rate. The digital input will have no problem to work with external digital signals from a DAT, iPOD, other MP-3 player, CD-R, digital cable box or other digital input sources that comes with 16-24 bit data.

     Basically it is fully shielded transport with dual C-core power transformers and fully regulated power supplies. Its remote control also provide switching between digital sample rates and also the functional volume control. The top panel view window shows the drive mechanisms. The unit is made from all aluminum chassis with elegant finishing of either silver or black anodized. The adjustable metal cone feet come as a standard.
